Meet Marcia!

Let’s talk about experience, shall we? Marcia’s personal training journey started at a point in her life when she had over 100 lbs to lose. Not only did she accept the challenge; she lost the weight and, in the process, learned everything she could about training safely. Marcia has been compelled to share her journey and her knowledge and she finds pride in helping others follow their path to success. Marcia has now been personal training for 10 years! She’s added a few more helpful skills and certifications that truly differentiate the experience for her clients. She has her Master’s Degree in Education, which adds a great deal of value for her clients with how she approaches her training sessions. She’s a Certified Orthopedic Exercise Specialist, allowing her to give additional insight into strengthening knees, shoulders, hips and back. She’s also a Certified TRX trainer. Her knowledge and experience drive training program development that allows clients to train for their unique goals whether it is muscle gain, playing with the grandkids, weight management, fitting more comfortably in a roller coaster seat, targeted strengthening of weak areas, or just plain living better. Your personal goal(s) become our sole objective.
